TET (Tet. Painted Rose x Victorian Lace), semi evergreen. 6” flower, 5- way branching. 28 buds on a 30” scape.
This flower really lightens up the garden! The baby ribbon pink petals have a large, cream colored ruffled edge and a brilliant lime green throat.  Fertile both ways.
