This is the first introduction from E. K. and as you would expect it is intensely patterned on the petals. It is the sepal markings from which this daylily got its name.
Frequently, the sepals show a ¾ wide silver foil effect that I find mesmerizing. The self-color is golden-amber and the pattern is a rose-magenta.
Fertile both ways
